Upazila Agriculture Office is situated in Upazila porishad where agriculture related services is provided.
June 23, 1757, we lost our freedom to English. From that very day we were thirsty for getting our freedom back. There were protests and several wars against English. Protests after protests, finally we removed English from this area and got what we thought- Freedom. But actually it was not. Then a new struggle started- To become free from Pakistanis.
There were some leaders in that time who lead the protests against West Pakistan and we were so lucky that, we had got the greatest leader in the history of mankind. Sheikh Mujibur Rahman (17 March 1920–15 August 1975) was the founding leader of Bangladesh. We dreamt for a free state for a very long time. That dream was finally realized on 16 December 1971 under the leadership of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. It was he who could erect for the Bangalis the geographic boundaries of a free state.
He is not a mere individual.
